The students had to guess which location was being printed each time using their knowledge, and they fared quite well. They observed the flat land of Saskatoon with the river banks breaking up the landscape, the rocky cliffs and extensive forests in Meteghan, and rocky land with no plant life by the coast near Iqaluit.
A group of teachers from Millgrove School and Duffield School created keychains with their names (or children's names) using their newly-created accounts on Tinkercad. Their first 3D creations were very impressive, and some of them got printed off on the Micro 3D printer. Nearly anything can be personalized with a 3D printer!
